PositionSummary

ReportingtotheTechnicalSuperintendent,theFacilityProcessEngineerisresponsibleProcess

Optimization,Surveillance,Safeguarding,MOCfortheproductionfacilityasamembertheTechnical

Teamduringbiddingandprojectexecution.

ThispositionwillinitiallybebasedonUAEandwilltransitiontoprojectssitepriortostartupofthe

facility.

Qualifications

•8+yearsprocessengineeringexperiencesinoilfiledfacilityprojects,especiallyinEPCproject;

•Prefertohaveearlyproductionrentalexperiencetofulfilloilandwatertreatment.

•Experiencewithprocesssimulation(HYSYS);

•ExperiencewithPHA,HAZOP,SILandriskassessments;

•In-depthknowledgewiththeapplicableregulations,codes,standardsandbestindustry

practices;

•Proventroubleshootingandproblemsolvingskills;

•Musthavestrongcommunicationskillsandabilitytobuildreportwiththestakeholders

•Teamplayer,highestdegreeofhonestyandintegrity.

•Self-motived,open-minded

•Sportsbuff

Responsibilities:

LeadtechnicalproposalforoilfiledfacilityprojectsinIRAKorUAEduringbiddingstage.

Leadteamtofulfilltheprojecttechnicaldescriptionaccordingtotenderdocumentsandsite

survey;

Workwithteammemberstopreparedandsubmitoveralltechnicalproposalwithgoodproject

practiceexperience,andfollowupproposalclarification;Organizetheevaluationofbid,andclarifywiththevendors;

HaveTechno-commercialdiscussionswithvendortooptimizetheserviceandprice

Communicatewithvendorsandsupervisetheexecutionprogress.

Interfacewithclientandvendorsonprojecttechnicalissueseveryweek

Providesupporttothecrossfunctionalteamstooverseethecontractor’sdesignprogressand

resolvetechnicalissuesduringthedetailedengineeringstage;

Provideinputtoprocessphilosophy,processdesignbasis,processnarratives,PFDs,P&IDs,heat

andmaterialBalance,linelists,andequipmentsizingcalculations,Hazops,SILandLOPA;

Reviewtheengineeringservicescontractors’andvendors’deliverables;

Ensurethedesignisfit-for-purpose;achievesthedesiredsafety,operability,maintainability,

reliability,integrityandoptimallifecyclecost;

Provideengineeringsupportsto“readyforoperation”initiatives;participateincommissioning

andstartup:

oInputandreviewpre-commissioning,commissioningandstartupplans,proceduresand

checklists;

oDevelopsafeoperatinglimits.ParticipateinPSSRactivities.Assistthesiteoperation

teamduringtheplantcommissioning,startupandinitialoperation;

Processbenchmarking,DevelopandapprovetechnicalsolutionsforMOCitemsSafeguarding

Providedisciplineexpertisetoon-goingoperations.
