Heshallbewellexperiencedindesigningthemenu,maintainthekitchenasperthehygienestandards.Evaluatingthequalityoffoodproductstoensurethatrestaurantmaintainsconsistentqualitystandards.

ThecandidatesshouldhavestrongknowledgeofChinesecuisine.Acookingdiplomaisanaddedadvantage.Experienceinareputedhigh-endrestaurantpreferred.
